Aw man, I'm sorry. Yeah hand and wirst exercises work really well for me. I don't have tendinitis but I've had wrist problems since I was a child, but same I work with my hands probably everyday. I'm glad it's not stopping you from making stuff, hope to see something from ya soon ^^

Luckily I should only need the casts for about 6 weeks. :)
Then, as long as I stick to a routine of stretches and exercises, everything should work out!
