I think that i've got the story as such now not sure about the game play though looked like a platformer
Anything anyone puts on the internet will be passed around at some point the diffrence is whether its for good reasons or bad in this case its good, maybe to resolve stealing it you imprint your name into the game? or maybe set some restrictions on downloading the game?

Im not too worried now I guess, since my name is all over it =P So it just boosts publicity x)
I've learnt my lesson and will take more precautions in the future. =)
